This is unsurprisingly extremely simple and you're pretty retarded for asking. Just go install Python https://www.python.org/ then just unzip the latest release https://github.com/Emy69/CoomerDL . You don't even have to do anything extra, you just click main and boom, you're in. You can click file and click settings if you want change any of the options. They even have a discord for it so you can bother them there if you still somehow can't figure it out https://discord.com/invite/ku8gSPsesh

and download the latest release, there's a main.exe you can just run without installing any of your dumbass dependencies
