To answer your question briefly – no, the import is not down. The issue is that we have thousands of creators who upload new content daily, and this content needs to be downloaded. Due to the downtime we experienced, we now have terabytes of data to process, so it will take some time. We can't update every creator instantly.
If you are subscribed to the OnlyFans account, please try importing it again, as this will help prioritize the creator higher on the download queue.
