It means that whoever imported this content didn't have access to all the files. Depending on the service/post/creator, this could be because the importer didn't have the highest tier of subscription to the creator. This could also be because the creator has decided to make some posts/files based on a separate extra payment beyond whatever it costs to subscribe to them in the first place.

You can tell which one of these it is by whether it lists some sort of dollar amount or not. If it does, that's an individual payment. If not (like in this case), it's just locked behind a higher subscription tier.

The last paragraph is actually wrong. For Onlyfans you can always see the dollar amount. For Fansly it's always just the generic "missing rewards" message you see in the example.

That's because on Onlyfans there's only ever one subscription tier and optionally one extra payment price. On Fansly the situation is much more complex with multiple tier and each tier can have their own extra payment price.
