I am not expecting them to keep the scrapers running 365 days a year - legend has it that some people have something called "a life" - and nor do I ask for a detailed breakdown for the state of the thing, in case Fansly/Onlyfans/etc. use that info to throw a spanner into the works by changing their backend.

However, I would appreciate a simple "We are aware of the issues, give us a week/a month/six months/a while, we will fix it eventually".
And if it takes longer to fix than expected, also a small update on occasion, ala "still working on it, we will report back in [time]".
