TL;DR: Follow the instructions from the error message.

This means you used either an username or a password that's in one of the petabytes of widely available cleartext to hijack accounts from all data breaches so far.

Use a strong password and an unique username. One site one username one password. Don't use this pair anywhere else. Same for e-mail addresses etc, use throwaways whenever possible if you won't need that e-mail ever again. Security 101 to reduce the damage from data breaches (this can happen to literally anyone and anything at any time, no need to ask Snowden, and this is why you are VERY careful with your sensitive info).

Personally, I suggest the "Enhanced Correct Horse Battery Staple" method of creating passphrases: Capitalize the first letter, join them with dashes, finish off with a number, and presto! One secure and unique password.

Do also use a password manager though, so you don't get confused which password you used for which site or service.
