Subscribestar is the most active in terms of countering Kemono. They also block Nekohouse so be very careful with them. Recently Fanbox started doing same thing.
More and more platforms start to adapt.

It's possible to make client as proxy to allow kemono grab file you download, but the issue is would you trust software made by kemono

Some patreon artists are already doing this . They can just put preview and password on patreon posts, and main files are sent by their discord with encrypt mega links. And once a new mega url's posted, the old one will be useless. But, the speed kemono updates discord can't catch the newest one, let alone kemono haven't imported linked discord of many artists yet. :(

In other words, it's screwed. Nearly useless yet barely usable. I guess the reason for especially not asking at all is because they admittedly really can't. Leakers should try other sites instead. Though the problem indeed is how active the other side catches on since they can just google it and bam.
