This image is from a profile, where that didn't appear before, but now that it has been updated it says that you have to pay something, and that happens with many others.

the last person who imported to the page did not own the highest tier, so they only imported some of the posts from a lower tier, and any of the ones they couldn't afford got skipped

If you don't pay for the highest tier, those posts will be skipped so yes. But no one sane will pay 500 bucks to fill in a few gaps.
