Different anon but I noticed as I tried getting my session id that opening developer tools in Chrome always caused Patreon to become a blank error page. I didn’t have this issue in Firefox but I think Patreon is trying to bypass developer tools in Chrome specifically due to Kemono.

It's a Chrome/Edge bug, has nothing to do with Patreon. Either update the browser or use another one.
