For an artist to have their page updated, first a paying, subscribed user has to share their session key, then the system has to get around to scraping it. If there are no paypigs willing to share, there are no updates. Some might be willing to share, but don't subscribe every single month, or they might not allow automatic importing and only provide their key occasionally.
