Im tryng to download using dropbox but every link says it does not exist or its deleted even ones that have been uploaded for less than an hour im refering an artist:miyuai all i want to know is that are these links actualy deleted or is it my device problem

 No.50562

That does not look like a dropbox or user problem.

AI 'artist' probably imports their own account with already dead links, hence they are dead on arrival.

It's probably a glitch on the author's part, because the dropbox links I circled in red are working. Most likely the author just didn't notice that the other links weren't working, it would be nice if someone let him know about it

Could the problem be a crooked importer? Because it's really weird, I open a post that was imported just a minute ago, but the dropbox link in that post doesn't work anymore

 No.50637

This has been strangely inconsistent for me. I've seen the same upload link to a deleted file and then an hour later it worked only to then go back to a deleted page another hour later.

If you encounter this error when clicking on a Dropbox link, it means the file owner has revoked shared access to it. As a result, the link no longer works. To regain access, the file owner needs to share it again, which will generate a new link. Most likely, the owner (or their moderators) revoked access to the file and then reshared it (to update the link). They either provide this new link to those who directly request it or update the original post with the new link. This is likely some sort of anti-piracy measure aimed at platforms like Kemono, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

The owner of the file does something with the link, maybe just disable it and then enable it, I don't know, sometimes some links work, sometimes they don't, I don't understand what it depends on. Sometimes they work for a while and then they stop working.
