Yes, you can import those fanboxes and patreons. You only have to follow and then import the session keys. Do it with every fanbox and patreon account in existence for extra lulz. Don't forget to include paid ones that you don't have access to for maximum lulz (and fanbox and patreon will both freak out and change their interface and API too).
