However, this might actually be a problem with your browser. Simply clear your cookie data for Kemono and this should solve this issue. I can finally see dozens of posts I've missed in the last few months.

I think I've heard of this issue before, they called it "ghost updates" or somethin' like that. But I didn't knew this was a solution, well done anon.
