So this is not a singular event…

i remember this happened after the big outage, the next import managed to fill in the gap

im having the same issue, about 4 chapers missing here

Back to the patience game for the next import then…

Actus has been imported multiple times recently, and it has _not_ fixed the gap. In fact, it didn't even import all the way to Runebound 696 (because Actus had published something like 5 new chapters between imports).

The problem still exists, and does NOT appear like it will be fixed automatically through future imports, unless the underlying problem of the importer stopping before grabbing all chapters is fixed.

I was checking his page at least once a day, and the last post that was imported was from "2025-03-03T17:00:19" for a long while.

And then it jumped to the post at "2025-03-25T16:00:18".

I see that the current last post was imported 5 times already from the dropdown on the page.

And it did not fix the issue of the missing chapters.

I hope Meow is aware of the issue.

There's an artist I follow who had a gap of a few posts. Then the artist didn't get imported at all for a few months. When it finally did get imported, the missing posts appeared.

This is a bug in the importer that should absolutely be fixed, but the missing posts will show up eventually.

What's happening there is that someone is flagging the latest post, trying to get the importer to grab the missing posts. But that's not how flagging works. When a post is flagged, Kemono will reimport just that post, not the entire artist.

And thanks for the explanation on Flagging functionality. I guess it is for flagging a post if it was mis-imported somehow…

Bad news…

The author was imported again, but the missing posts did not magically appear.

So, unless @Meow takes action on this, we are basically screwed….

Same issue happened last time but was fixed with the next import, yeah.
I think the cause is the importer not hitting "See more posts" in Patreon before importing the session. That's why posts 'in between imports' keep being missing. Hope whoever imported it notices this and tries again.

Because, the next import had already happened, but the posts are still missing…

Ah I'm not the only one missing those! I noticed it for Runebound and for the Runeblade series by Bacon Mcleod, missing chapters 216-218.

There's also a brand new issue occurring today, I'm seeing new posts from imported authors, but when I click them, it says the post doesn't exist. Which is funny, because usually the post does exist and it just doesn't show it on the authors page, so you have to manually grab the post ID off patreon to get there.

Similar thing is happening for RinoZ. One story is being imported and doesn't have any gaps, but another story on the same Pateron account and same tier was updated multiple times in the last few days, today included. It's like the importer is either not including them on purpose or something.
