Hello people, does anyone know why some artists' DMs don't upload and when they add the discords they don't import them completely or something like that happens to me with these 2

And I don't know why the DMs with the passwords don't upload. And their patreon is empty which makes me doubt that these 2 are being updated uselessly… Anyway, will this have a solution?
