The risk of being raided is next to nothing, depending on what you do and where you live.
If you use tor you can't be traced, and if you encrypt your files then they can't find it on a hard drive search.
Also in most places the police don't give a damn unless you're actively making it and raping kids. There are a lot of pedos and it's a hassle to track them down. If someone's just downloading shit from the internet then they pose no real threat to the local community and raiding them is a waste of the police's time.

whether it's worth the hassle, you decide. in my opinion it's not much sexier than drawn loli stuff.
