I couldn't get my password either. Moreover, I was wondering if my account exists as a whole. I tried to create a new account with the same name (the system will not allow you to create it if the name matches) and, to my deep disappointment, I succeeded. They definitely fucked up at least some of the accounts.

If you're on Brave (and probably most Chrome variants) there's a "Password and Autofill" section, click the "password manager" part and then scroll through to find your Kemono pass. For other browsers I'm sure there's something similar, or maybe you're just SOL.
