The admins need to come up with a solution to Vimeo videos that are not able to watch because of the restrictions of creators. It is frustrating to see that the page of creator is updated and you cannot watch the content becausw of this problem.

First, try changing the link from vimeo.com/xxxxxxxx to player.vimeo.com/video/xxxxxxxx
If that doesn't work try changing the referrer to https://www.patreon.com
If that still doesn't work the video is probably deleted so flag post and wait for the new link.

It doesn't work either ways. It still says "You are unauthorized for this action when I am logged into my account." And when I am not it says "Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

Make sure you’ve typed the URL correctly, or try searching Vimeo. You could also watch one of the videos below instead."

related to this, i was using yt-dlp to download vimeo videos via the following command line post

yt-dlp.exe –downloader ffmpeg –hls-use-mpegts "insert vimeo(patreon) url here"

but when i do, it says "ERROR: [vimeo] 1084014816: Unable to download ios API JSON: HTTP Error 404: Not Found (caused by <HTTPError 404: Not Found>)"

which is weird, since i was able to do this quite a few days ago and it worked just fine, what changed?
