The importer isn't down, it's just probably saturated with all the stuff going on (and the hordes of people uploading AI, reactfags, podcasts and feeders). I have been importing creators from fanbox and patreon just fine.
If you catch those in a MITM, make sure to resell their session keys to give 'em a taste of your suffering.
