Long: This feature has been asked for so many times already, and since the developers aren't being bothered to do so, so one of us has made a userscript to do that and posted it here so that people like you could block slops right away, but you know what? It turns out the developers weren't happy about that because it shows their incompetency in making a feature that wanted by many, so they deleted the post.
My conclusion, you will never be able to block any artists, because the developers don't want you to be more productive, and rather having you to waste your time navigating in their website.
