That's the *likely scenario* since posts on Kemono can only be imported by anyone holding the API key to the accessible contents, and it's not that uncommon for an artist to behaves like this

As you said scat is illegal in the US… and Patreon is US based… maybe you can make Patreon to take a look at this artist's account since I believe Patreon do have some logging even to edited posts/deleted contents that might be deemed unlawful? For obvious reason don't use Kemono as the evidence tho

But this case is only this particular artist

Also, to import a post or contents on Kemono, you must use API key for importing, the requirement is simple, if your API key has access to corresponding contents, it'll be imported, otherwise it'll considered as if it never existed

And the process is automatic since you can't cherry picking which one should be imported (this also the reason why some slop artists always being imported everyday), the only manual part of importing is approving DM imports (understandable for privacy)

It's because patreon's back end is coded by imbeciles and any image attached to a post is uploaded instantly instead of stored locally to be uploaded when published.

Creators can upload all sorts of shit and delete it from the post before publishing and kemono's retarded scraper will grab any media linked to the post on patreon's servers while their subscribers never see it. I discovered this after I uploaded a preview that I changed my mind on, cropped it differently and uploaded a different version, but they both got scraped. I told as many creators about it as I could so they could upload massive files and retarded shit as well to fuck with you cunts.

You could upload huge uncompressed png files (2GB limit) to strain kemono's image resizer and take up space on their servers. I did this on every single post until it quit working.

Either patreon or kemono fixed this bug/exploit because it doesn't scrape them anymore. Maybe patreon deletes the images quicker after a post gets published now, idk. I guess someone got tired of seeing turds, huge uncompressed png files and epilepsy triggering GIFs.

Now I just use patreon's API to host my content off site so it can't be scraped.
