Getting banned on Fanbox isn't a bad thing. Kemono is an archival. Fanbox issn't. Creators on Fanbox remove/edit content all the time. So don't be discouraged by importing. I'm on my ninth account now.

How is Fanbox detecting an account that uses Kemono's importer?

Theory 1:
Fanbox bans any account that connects from the same IP address as another account. It'd be absurd to believe Kemono has a unique IP address for every importer.

Theory 2:
Fanbox bans any account that connects from a "VPN/proxy-flagged" IP address. There are people who flag IP addresses as VPN/proxy and sell the flags to anyone. The only way to keep up with this is to pay those people and avoid using any IP address that they've put on their shit list.

Theory 3:
Fanbox looks up which accounts accessed the Fanbox post(s) when they were imported to Kemono. Kemono's importer doesn't use any delay, meaning that as soon as the importer completed scraping a Fanbox post, it ends up on Kemono a few minutes later. Kemono's admin should add a delay. Make it wait 12 hours. When it's been 12 hours, make the scraped content available on 10 PM UTC. Kemono's admin removed the date and time of imported content a few months ago, so why he's not doing this is strange.

If you post the actual message here or part of it, run it through base 64 one or more times so search engines won't directly show it to anyone asking.

Bear in mind all search engines can access the posts thanks to the genius who set up this board in the first place (probably the same one who pulled the twitter stunt that caused chaos) so the more theorycrafting happens, the worse it will get.

Sorry, I don't keep emails for my banned accounts. But I remember the email's content. They accused me of scraping and said I'll get banned if I keep doing it.

Pro tip:
Fanbox tells creators who they banned. This includes the banned user's email address. Make sure to use a very different name for your new email. If you don't want to create a new email account, find an email provider that lets you create aliases. I use those "fantasy name generators" when I need a new name.

I never worked at a bank but I'm pretty sure Fanbox can't see the bank details of users and banks have a policy of not giving your details away to non-banks. I say this because I've been using the same debit card for all of my new accounts and it takes Fanbox a lot of time to ban me (I use the importer almost every day).

I don't think they need the ips or to control the time when kemono imported It. They are already monitoring their traffic for security so when some not human importer sends multiple get requests in a short timespan it is obviously not what any human would do. You can add some function with random distributions to look pseudohuman, but u solve this and they get you with the ips. A waste of time and resources.
Regarding the lack of delay when kemono publishes the content, i bet it is because legal reasons. Right now the admin is just providing an importer, a sever and the client interface and he doesn't have control over the content or access it. If he introduces the delay It would mean to first save it as not public on the server (admin owned). I don't think they can lock him up in jail with what he is doing now, but if he introduces that delay i wouldn't be so sure

pixiv/fanbox (same company) has an api. all scraping is done with the api. and that's what makes them disingenuous when they ban you for scraping because they've configured their system to time you out for a certain time if you send too many requests in a short time.
