This is a image board with no images at all because that was easier than paying attention to even the OP post to see if it was an underage image or not.

kemono importer has been very broken in a way other sites have apparently already fixed.

There wasn't even been a 'yes, we're aware of the issue and are working on a fix' heads-up announcement.

The board is pretty obviously currenty abandoned by the owners and is useless for contact with them in an emergency.

Never said there was. But there are other sites besides kemono that need to scrape info from patreon. Like webtoepub, who as someone else said, already implemented an update to account for it.

Honestly I'm genuinely glad about that. I was actually kind of concerned that no official responses were coming out and starting to think that, not the site, but this discussion forum had been abandoned. And that the devs possibly didn't know about the ad issues and no text issues. The fact that there's a mod paying attention is actually reassuring even if they're lurking. Now my only concern is that if the text issue is fixed that the previous textless posts are fixed rather than the posts just continuing with a big chunk of missing chapters.
