ive seen a lot of uploads of artists that use zip files that are password protected and upload their passwords on dms. I know that kemono can display dms but i rarely see anyone actually upload the dms. Just the posts without the dms

Kemono imports the DMs but doesn't display them. Whichever user triggered the import has to go and manually approve the DMs for display.

I've seen at least creator send DMs with the user's name in them, mostly because some brave (or foolish) users approved DMs with their username in them. Maybe the importer could look up a user's username and use that to redact it from DMs?
