Welwraith on subscriberstar recently deleted a bunch of their posts in their discord server and it doesn't look like anything was imported when that happened. How possible is it that those deleted posts will show up the next time kemono updates their discord page?

I'd say abysmally low. Especially if the channels themselves got deleted.

Well the channels weren't deleted but that still sucks. From what I recall their discord is updated slightly regularly on kemono too. I'm taking a wild guess and saying the auto importer *should* be on for them. Is it at all possible that it's just delayed or am I grasping at straws

From my experience, the Discord importer dosen't seem to suffer the same lag problem as the Patreon importer.
If the exporting process has begun, then it should take about an hour to a day for the Kemono page to start featuring the pictures.
