Post search works incorrectly if looking for cyrillic posts. For example when searching for a model name, if it's written in English and I type it in English, it will be found, but if it's in Russian and I type in Russian, the system won't find it.

For example, here's a post that I randomly stumbled onto. If I look for it manually, either completely copying the title or just writing the model's name, the search results are empty.

I know there's an issue with single character searches but some encodings might also be screwed…?

Works fine here. Make sure you type the characters right and this results in the proper percent encoding.
