The tl;dr is Patreon changed their layout a tiny bit and it broke the scraper's ability to scrape the text body. Already long fixed for most manual scrapers.

Will it ever get fixed? cause I heard from other people that the owners of kemono left

Feel free to add more if you know more. The main issue is distribution because you'd need a gigantic amount of storage and huge bandwidth if you plan to match Kemono's current infra. I suggest using something like radicle instead, decentralized content sharing ftw:
