For instance, I look at the "Recent Posts" page, and click on one, then follow it back to the artist page; that post (and many others, usually till around Jan 2026) that I just viewed will not be listed there.

If you mean the posts that just got imported not appearing on the creator's page immediately, there are long-standing conspiracy theories about it, it's not exactly a new thing or a problem.

The only new things are the missing text in Patreon posts (interface change on February 16, instantly fixed by almost all scraping projects that aren't dead) and currently dead fanbox importer (happens just about every month on kemono). There are also conspiracy theories about some evil mastermind taking over the domain or doxxing the dead admin (see >>69557 and >>69653 lol)

If you need help with how the importer works (subscribe, feed session key, start, yell at scraper for blowing up in your face, flip table or just move on lol), feel free to ask! Zodiac compiled a rentry here if the on-site tutorial isn't enough.
