I remember in october and very early november, some of the creators were testing out the new UI and imports were still going through. So I'm wondering if its literally just as simple as a URL issue, not necessarily the layout itself.

It is specifically the new layout as it has changed where the text is stored. Everything else is the same so embeds go through fine. If it was an url issue nothing would go through.

I'm talking about the imports that break due to the new layout that also introduces /cw/ in the URL. Not the imports that come in with out scraping the text.
