can someone make an alternative already ffs

you will be able to cover all the costs with ad revenue, in fact, you'll make a profit with ad revenue. all piracy sites rake in millions of dollars from ad revenue.

have importers send in their username, password and browser user-agent. use gallery-dl to scrape the paywall (skip any post that has already been imported to kemono). use generous delays between every http request and file download. don't use the same delay on more than one account (gallery-dl can pick random delays between two certain numbers). follow these instructions and it'll become EXTREMELY difficult for the paywall to detect your scraping.

you can also create an account on those paywalls and have people send you in money to scrape a certain creator. or you can stop being greedy by using the leftovers from ad revenue to scrape good creators.

Didn't sadpanda admin (sorry can't remember his name) say ads were only 1% of revenue when he made hentaiathome? Sorry if I'm wrong, I haven't spent a lot of time on that site.

that's the same admin who lets chinks do whatever on his site while everyone else have to follow his retarded rules, said he'll close the site because of his tendon unless someone donates a lot of money, pretends exhentai is a secret club, and said he had to make it much harder for people to download original files because bandwidth costs money while letting 2-3 retards spam over 100 TB of LLM slop.

i wouldn't believe anything he says unless he shows receipts and they've all been confirmed to be real by a reputable source.

lol thanks for the info, I should've seen that coming
If someone is up for it, crypto donations can also work. Not very worried about bandwidth, hosting or even legal stuff, I'm more worried about the code and project coordination since this was ultimately this site's downfall (that and the lack of communication but it's related, if they can't even communicate with each other they can't communicate with the users either)

yiff.party relied on donations through crypto. right before each month ended, he'd close the site and tell people that the site won't come back up unless people donated a certain amount. people looked up the crypto address and saw that it always received many times more than what was asked for.

these sites are undoubtedly profitable. the biggest obstacle to these sites is knowing how to program and how to do opsec.
