I think he's talking about something similar to the .party to .su switch, but for the four nvme (n1/n2 etc) servers that images were running on. I heard something about the nvmes being bad because they were rented, so they're being replaced with better ones

Fact is, Admin did indeed say that, but it was in response to a joke post to begin with which diminishes the fact that it was a serious statement.

If Kemono was really getting shut down, don't you think he would've gone to the actual Admin thread and made an announcement instead of a thread spammed by a users which may actually be missed?

Why would Admin say there would be a Part 2 despite being busy? It would make more sense to just make one post addressing the issue.
