The solution you provided does not account for scraping at scale like Kemono at all and your IP will get banned instantly. Kemono and Patreon is like a cat and mouse chase game
From my understanding, Patreon uses a combination of DataDome and Cloudflare for protecting themselves against scrapping sites like Kemono.
Bypassing DataDome is easy, you just need to imitate normal user behaviors as close as possible to avoid setting off their alarms and getting marked as a "bad actor". This can easily be done via automated browsers like Selenium (my recommendation) or Playwright. Remember to use one of the patched Webdrivers or you'll get detected.
Bypassing Cloudflare, on the other hand, is fairly a difficult thing to do - at least when you don't have unlimited money to throw at proxy services. In order to bypass Cloudflare, you will need to use a proxy service or roll your own proxies which is quite a demanding task. If you use a proxy service such as Bright Data, it would need to be a residential or mobile ones to minimize Cloudflare detection. However, it is very expensive like $2000 for 339GB worth of traffic? Kemono would gobble millions in the matter of hours.
So it basically boils down to finding a proxy service that:
1. Does not give a shit about legal matters
2. Has reasonable pricing
3. Is not already banned by Cloudflare.

I'm just brainstorming here, but wouldn't it be possible to do some alternative type of importer, that isn't a utility that runs on Kemono servers using credentials and mimicking user interactions? I looked at Patreon specifically to see how it could be done.
For example a browser plugin that you initially set up to connect to kemono (using kemono user logins), which will then act as a sort of "userscript" when running Patreon (but not exactly due to possible CORS limitations).
Grabbing things from the frontend would be impossible because they obfuscate the HTML, but they still load everything from the backend via an API. I've looked at the one single patreon page I subscribe to and it looked to me that all the data is in that patreon api ajax request, all the posts, comments, metadata, file download links, all properly tagged and ID'd. And all the links had access tokens in them; I could open the separate tabs, even other browsers.
